📌 CA Exam – Do’s, Don’ts & Exam Day Tips
(Follow carefully to avoid withheld results & give your best)

✅ Do’s

  1. Fill MCQs only in OMR sheet (not in descriptive).
  2. Use a dark pencil for OMR (instead of black pen so answers can be changed).
  3. Write answers in the relevant answer sheet (FM in FM, SM in SM).
  4. Fill roll number carefully on answer sheet & OMR.
  5. Carry all essentials: black pen, calculator, scale, admit card, extra stationery.

❌ Don’ts

  1. ❌ Don’t carry scientific calculator, smartwatch, mobile or gadgets.
  2. ❌ Don’t put symbols/religious markings in answer sheets.
  3. ❌ Don’t write MCQ answers in descriptive booklet.
  4. ❌ Don’t mix subjects in one answer sheet.

⚠️ These mistakes are the most common reasons results get withheld.

📝 Exam Day Tips

1️⃣ First 15 mins → select 40 marks easy questions, finish them in 1st hour = safe zone.
2️⃣ Don’t get stuck → leave tough questions & move ahead.
3️⃣ Time management: ~1.5 minutes per mark.
4️⃣ Write point-wise answers & highlight keywords.
5️⃣ Quote Sections / Standards / AS-IND AS wherever possible.
6️⃣ Always attempt all questions – ICAI gives step marking.
7️⃣ Keep working notes, assumptions & calculations neat and properly referenced.
8️⃣ In last 10 mins – recheck roll no., OMR & unanswered parts.
