Hello
I am writing this with reference to the Taxation RTP. In the first MCQ the applicability of section 194Q comes into the scenario and the amount on which 0.1% is to be charged is the purchase value exceeding ₹50L (inclusive of GST) as per the CBDT guidelines. Taking that into consideration the options have been provided wrong. MCQ1 option (c) has been calculated taking into consideration the purchase value excluding the amount of GST.
